Hi Everyone

It has been a minute since I have been here but it feels so good to be back.  Reading through the post I see a lot of familiar faces and then some not so familiar.  My name is Pam I had lapband surgery in 2007 it has been an up and down process in some cases mostly down.  I went through a lot after my surgery major weight loss and then a divorce and then major weight gain but Im determined to loose this weight for the last time.  I look forward to getting to know everyone again.
